“The Pearl City” by Ines Arenas Jewelry Gallery

The city, in its daily poetry, vibrates like a multicolored metal, where each window is a pearl, a star of water, held by iridescent torrents of burning metal.

The pearls create cities of light that spread at night in a path of lanterns that illuminate your neck.

Pearls are those cities where I want to live, cities full of light, harmony, and generosity of the sea.

Curated Assembling Related To This Perspective

We have chosen these pieces as part of the proposal of what can be understood in the jewelry design of Pearls.

The pieces that we have selected are because their work can evoke the meaning in our proposal.

For us, looking for meaning and purpose are ideas that can be accompanied by a beautiful piece of art, as is a Jewel.

We hope that you will enjoy the selection.

The following pieces are:

South Sea Baroque Pearl Necklace by M.S. Rau Antiques.

Movado Pearl Hoops earrings.

Simple Pearl Ring by Aurate New York. One of our favorite New York design jewelry brands.

Simple Pearl Necklace by Aurate New York

Pomellato M’Ama Non M’Ama Bracelet.

Piaget’s ethereal Wings of Light collection, Akoya white pearls and pink freshwater pearls combine with red spinels from Tanzania, pink sapphires and pink spinels to form a stunning necklace and earrings set.

Boucheron’s Feuilles de Laurier earrings in white gold, set with mother-of-pearl and South Sea cultured pearls, paved with diamonds.

And finally The Trifide transformable long necklace by Van Cleef & Arpels. Depictions of the sky and stars reoccur in Van Cleef & Arpels’ pieces and show up again in the brand’s latest collection, Sous les étoiles, which translate to “heavenly dreams”, as this piece.

Ines Arenas Jewelry Gallery Says Thank You…

…for staying with us thought the article: “The Pearl City”.

For us, jewelry is an art form where others might think that jewelry becomes art through how it is presented.

But we believe that is the mixture between presentation and content that makes jewelry an art form. One doesn’t happen without the other.

Jewelry is a representation of our history and beliefs in symbols that have changed with the time to express our personal beliefs regarding politics, sexuality, religion, family, and even social status, since the Roman Empire in western civilization.

Jewelry, thanks to the internet, is going to become a language, a vocabulary, a way to talk, understood around the world because any art is about connection including Jewelry.
