Solange Azagury-Partridge is a British designer known for her jewelry and interior designs. Based in London, she is the founder of her brand called Solange.
The first piece of jewelry she made was her engagement ring in 1987, a simple gold band with an uncut diamond. She has stated that three years later, she taught herself how to design jewelry. In 1995 she opened a velvet-lined shop on Westbourne Grove cited by The Independent as “the most idiosyncratic jewelry shop in London” and often mistaken for a brothel. In 2004 she started her brand as Solange. Today this brand is known worldwide.
Solange Azagury-Partridge’s designs represent the attractive dubious morality of Shakespeare’s characters’ world in the jewelry art.
